    Once we land on a theme or direction, I’ll handle the logistics: wine selection, tasting format, service style, and anything else you need help with. I’ve done everything from outdoor pop-ups to spooky Halloween wine haunts. Let’s build something cool.

    I’ll present the wines in a way that’s fun, approachable, and easy to follow—packed with stories, hot takes, surprising facts, and the kind of wine nerdery that makes the night memorable (but not stuffy).

    The base package includes:

    • Up to 5 curated wines

    • 3 hours on-site (including setup)

    • 2 dozen glasses

    • Tasting sheets, wine specs, tasting mats, and more

  • Every custom event is unique, but here's what typically comes with the experience:

    • Curated wine list tailored to your theme, event, or guest list

    • Certified sommelier-led tasting or wine service

    • Glassware (as needed – I bring what you don’t have)

    • Tasting mats, notes, and wine info (if relevant)

    • Setup, cleanup, and full presentation support

    • Optional pairings, theme styling, or educational add-ons

    Not sure what you want? No problem. I’ll help guide the creative direction, recommend options, and make sure the final result fits your vibe and budget.

  • Because every custom wine event is different, pricing is flexible and built around your vision.

    That said, most custom events start at $390 for 3 hours (including setup), which covers up to 6 guests and includes wine and glassware. From there, I can add extras like premium bottles, food pairings, additional guests, or extended time.
